Nanjing International Ship Equipment Parts Co., Ltd. announced today that its independently developed N80A nickel based high-temperature alloy gas valve has passed the 720 hour full load bench test of China Shipbuilding Power and officially obtained the qualification for supporting MAN B&W ME series diesel engines. This air valve adopts directional solidification process and surface laser cladding technology, which can maintain sealing performance at a high temperature of 750 ℃, and the price is 40% lower than similar imported products.
After completing the land trial in September last year, we have installed and operated on three international standard container ships, with the longest service time exceeding 8000 hours. Zhang Ming, the general manager of Nanjing International, said that this signing marks a significant increase in the localization rate of core spare parts for marine diesel engines in China from 35% to 62%. The procurement department of China Shipbuilding Power Corporation revealed that the first batch of 50 sets of air valves will be delivered in June for the export of 20000 TEU container ships to Norway.
Industrial chain linkage: This project drives the technological upgrading of five upstream suppliers, including special steel smelting and precision casting, and is expected to generate a production value of 200 million yuan within three years.
